Carrot Cake with “Cream Cheese” Frosting from Divvies Cookbook
This carrot cake was incredibly good and easy to make. The recipe is from the Divvies bakery cookbook. All of the ingredients are standard ingredients that you would have in your home. Given Matthew’s allergy to soy, Kelly couldn’t make the frosting to the exact recipe as it calls for soy cream cheese. However, leave it out and it still tasted great.
